The restaurant service was disappointing and disorganized, leading to a frustrating dining experience. We were not informed about the additional charges for pool towels or the exact location of the facilities, which felt unprofessional. Having to pay extra for amenities that should be included in a supposedly upscale stay was quite disheartening.
